Do you have access to our production data?
Your instance is isolated per customer — separate database, auth realm and edge services. KubixDesiney operates the infrastructure (updates, backups, monitoring) but your operational data is yours: export it anytime, and alert retention policy is under your control.
What hardware do we need?
None to start — supervisors use their phones and alerts can be raised manually or from your existing SCADA/PLC/historian systems. Optional ESP32/Arduino edge kits can be bound to machines through the built-in hardware lab.
Can our teams use it in French?
Yes — the entire product is bilingual English/French with instant runtime switching, down to notifications and PDF reports.
Does the AI take actions on our machines?
Never. SIAS observes and orchestrates people — it reads from your estate (OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, historians) and never writes to control loops. AI decisions are logged with reasons and confidence, and every autonomous capability has an off switch in your console.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
